Regular clean
Upkeep for a home that's already in good shape. Weekly, biweekly, monthly or one-time.
- Kitchen: counters, sink, stovetop, outside of appliances, microwave inside
- Bathrooms: toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors, fixtures
- All rooms: dusting surfaces, furniture and reachable ledges
- Floors: vacuumed and mopped throughout
- Trash emptied, beds made on request
Deep clean
Everything in a regular clean, plus the build-up a routine visit doesn't reach.
- Baseboards, door frames and switch plates hand-wiped
- Grease and build-up cut from backsplash, hood and cabinet fronts
- Tile, grout and shower glass scrubbed and descaled
- Vents, fans, light fixtures and window sills detailed
- Behind and under movable furniture where we can reach
Not included by default: inside the oven, fridge and cabinets, interior windows, blinds, laundry, walls and pet-related work. All of those are add-ons you can pick when you book, at the prices listed there.

RTC Solutions LLC is a professional cleaning company serving builders, contractors, property managers, businesses and homeowners across the Knoxville and Nashville areas.
Our crews are OSHA certified and covered by workers' compensation and general liability insurance. We show up on schedule, work to a checklist, and hand back spaces that are ready for the next person to walk in.

Questions
Good to know.
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of our clients give us a door code, a lockbox or a key. Tell us how to get in when you book, and let us know about alarms.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we bring everything: products, cloths, vacuums and equipment. If you'd prefer we use something of yours, leave it out and tell us in the notes.
What about pets?
Pets are welcome to stay. Mention them when you book so the crew knows what to expect. Heavy pet hair and pet waste cleanup are add-ons.
How does the deposit work?
A 25% deposit holds your date; the balance is due after the cleaning. It's refundable if you cancel 48 or more hours ahead, if we cancel, or if we can't confirm your date. One free reschedule with 48 hours' notice.
Is my price guaranteed?
The price you see is the starting price for a home in normal condition. If a home needs significantly more work, we tell you before we start — never after.
Are you insured?
Yes. Our crews are OSHA certified and covered by workers' compensation and general liability insurance.
