When you book a cleaning we collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, the details of the job you requested, your preferred date and time, and any notes you add.
To schedule and carry out your cleaning, to contact you about your appointment, and to keep a record of work we have done. That's it.
Deposits are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered on Stripe's own secure page and is never sent to or stored by us. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by their privacy policy.
Booking details are stored in our website's database, hosted by Cloudflare, and sent to our office email inbox. Only RTC Solutions staff see them.
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or send marketing email you didn't ask for. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We keep booking records for as long as needed to run the business and meet tax and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing Rockytopcleaners@gmail.com, and we will do it unless we're required to keep them.
