Your appointment stays pending until we confirm your date and time. Once confirmed we email a secure payment link for the deposit; your date is held when it's paid.

Deposit & cancellation policy

The 25% deposit is refundable if you cancel 48 or more hours before the cleaning, if RTC Solutions cancels, or if we can't confirm your requested date.

It is not refundable if you cancel less than 48 hours ahead, if no one is there to give us access, or for repeated rescheduling outside this policy.

One free reschedule with 48 or more hours' notice: the deposit moves to your new appointment.
